Through our contacts in Singapore, Deploy were connected with the Huawei global retail design team in 2018 and subsequently selected as lead partner for their first tranche of service centres and retail spaces in the UK.
Deploy were engaged as PM and GC to deliver Huawei’s first UK brand experience stores in the UK. Working with CK design & architectural team, Deploy were responsible for seeing through all internal & external design approvals, budget forecasting, FFE management, build scheduling and contracting fulfilment – even benchmarking ourselves with a mini-rfp to ensure full procurement compliance.
Racing against increasingly tight client time expectations and an impending pandemic, the store launched in time to full global approval.
