Following the successful execution of Columbias stores in Wembley’s Designer Outlet Village, Livingston Designer Outlet Village and Bridgend Designer Outlet Village in the previous 12 months. We were approached by Columbia, to support them initially with a feasibility and budget assessment of this unit for the store fitout. Following negotiation of the lease by the client’s team, we were appointed to deliver this location as a turnkey solution with our team. Working with our network of partners and following our delivery process, we successfully completed this project in 2026.
